Are you an outgoing professional, with experience in reception? We are currently looking for a receptionist for a reputable company in Burlington.

This position is temporary contact for 3 months with the possibility of extension.

Advantages

  • Monday to Friday 8 : 30am - 4 : 30pm
  • $20 - $22 / hr
  • 3 month contract with the possibility of extension
  • Supportive and collaborative team

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones, transferring and conferencing calls
  • Greeting clients and signing them in
  • Mailing out parcels through online portal
  • Filing and photocopying
  • Making travel arrangements and processing expense reports
  • Utilizing Outlook and MS Office
  • Inputting data into Excel
  • Additional administrative duties as required

Qualifications

  • You are personable and enjoy providing a high level of customer service
  • You are very punctual, reliable, and friendly
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
  • Great communication skills
