A DAY IN THE LIFE Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in a proficient and correct manner as directed by the Site Supervisor.
Address customer concerns by diagnosing / trouble-shooting plumbing-related issues. Report directly to the Site foreman or Supervisor for projects and customer service needs.
Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems as required. Maintain a clean workspace and company service van for everyday productivity.
Properly complete all paperwork associated with each job you complete. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE 4+ years of experience as a Plumber on commercial or multi-residential sites.
Red Seal Plumber Certification. Proficiency in plumbing installations with some knowledge of mechanical systems. Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor to build good team morale.
Strong understanding and exposure to industry safe work practices (safety is a priority for us!). Outstanding time and project management skills to complete work on time and within budget.
Self-motivated with the ability to maintain productivity without supervision. Reliable and dependable team player that shows up on time.
