Notre client est un cabinet d'avocats montréalais axé sur le droit corporatif et commercial. Ils ont un large éventail de clients, incluant les start-ups allant jusqu’au multinationales.

RÔLES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
- Agir à titre de conseiller stratégique auprès des clients en les conseillant sur des questions transactionnelles, y compris les fusions et acquisitions et les réorganisations.
- Rédiger, examiner et réviser divers contrats d'affaires, notamment les contrats de services, d'actionnaires, les ententes de partenariat, etc.
- Coordonner et réviser la rédaction des différents documents transactionnels dans le cadre des réorganisations et des procédures dans le cadre du due diligence.
- Soutenir les associés seniors dans les transactions complexes.
- Examiner et valider la documentation préparée par les autres membres de l'équipe.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Membre en règle du Barreau du Québec.
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience acquise dans un cabinet d'avocats ou dans une grande organisation.
- Une attitude positive, une orientation vers l'équipe et une capacité à travailler de manière autonome et avec un minimum de supervision.
- Axé sur le client.
- Parfaitement bilingue, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

Our client is a Montreal law firm focused on corporate and commercial law. They have a wide array of clients, ranging from start-ups to multinationals.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients by advising them on corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations.
- Draft, examine and revise various business contracts, including service contracts, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements etc.
- Coordinate and review the drafting of various transactional documents as part of reorganizations and of the procedures as part of due diligence.
- Support the senior partners with complex transactions.
- Review and validate documentation prepared by other members of the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Member of the Barreau du Québec in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience acquired in a law firm or top tier organization.
- A positive attitude, a team orientation, and an ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Client-focused
- Perfectly bilingual, both oral and written.
