Position
The supervisor leads the team on the floor and supports the management team in their efforts to exceed sales targets. They communicate authentically with stylists to ensure a good understanding of key actions.
Responsibilities
Provide first class customer service and lead by example on the floor
Ensure that all team members correctly represent the brand image and serve customers in a professional manner
Encourage and maintain focus on sales techniques
Provide on the spot coaching and support to stylists and partner with Store Manager for long term goals
Meet sales goals
Provide support and constructive feedback
Support the Store Manager in Team management
Create social media content
Sometimes open and close the store
Follow up and manage customer requests
Ensure correct in-store delivery process
Manage in-store appointments
Qualifications
Flexible availabilities (days, evenings and weekends)
Customer service and sales experience
Excellent communication skills
Management experience 1 year or relevant experience in supervision
Demonstrates a creative approach towards customers, management and complex situations
Demonstrates leadership and is a team player
Offers courteous and professional customer service
Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Ability to prioritize emergencies in daily tasks
Dynamism and professionalism
Ability to work alone and within a team
Work conditions
Permanent full-time and permanent part-time position
Must be available days, evenings and weekends
