What you'll be doing...
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Facilities Executive to oversee the operations and maintenance of our Vancouver designer outlet centre.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager and supporting the development of an Assistant, you will ensure that customer satisfaction is maximised and high standards for the centre are always set and maintained.
This would include the implementation of facility management policies in conjunction with safety and regulatory standards.
Additionally, you will oversee supplier relationships and contracts for facility services such as cleaning, gardening and security.
The Facilities Executive plays a key role in overseeing the health and safety, maintenance, cleanliness and security for the entire centre.
You will provide a pro-active, efficient and effective management of the centre, ensuring that our guests are at the heart of everything we do.

To be successful you’ll bring...
- Ideally you have a technical qualification i.e. IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent.
- You have knowledge of local legislation and facilities in a commercial environment.
- You have project management experience.
- You have building standards knowledge.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- IT skills : Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
