INNOOVA is a dynamicand innovative company actively seeking an experienced ProjectControl Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in thesuccess of ourprojects.

Responsibilities :

ThePCO is often responsible for coordinating various aspects of aproject ensuring that all team members are on the same page andthat tasks are progressing asplanned.

Typicalactivities performed by a PCOare :

Documentationand Reporting : Maintaining and updating project documentationincluding project plans schedules status reports and riskregisters.

They may also be responsible for creating anddistributing regular project / program reports tostakeholders.

Risk Management : Identifying and assessing risks associated with the project orprogram and helping to develop strategies for mitigating thoserisks.

FinancialManagement : Monitoring and tracking project or program budgetsexpenses and financial performance. This may involve working withfinance and accountingteams.

ResourceManagement : Coordinating and managing project resources includingpersonnel equipment andmaterials.

QualityAssurance : Ensuring that project or program deliverables meet thespecified quality standards and that quality control processes areinplace.

StakeholderCommunication : Facilitating communication among projectstakeholders including team members sponsors and other relevantparties. This may involve

organizingmeetings and reportingprogress.

ChangeManagement : Assisting in the management of changes to the projectscope schedule or budget and ensuring that changes are properlydocumented andapproved.

IssueResolution : Identifying and addressing issues that may arise duringthe project or program working with the project manager and team tofindsolutions.

Compliance : Ensuring that the project or program complies with relevantregulations standards and organizationalpolicies.

AdministrativeSupport : Providing general administrative support to the project orprogram team which may include organizing meetings managingcalendars and handling various logisticaltasks.

DocumentControl : Managing project or program documentation includingversion control archiving and ensuring that the most currentdocuments are available to theteam.

PerformanceMeasurement : Defining and tracking key performance indicators(KPIs) to assess project or program progress andsuccess.

Lessons Learned : Capturing and documenting lessons learned from the project orprogram to improve futureendeavors.

Weunderstand the responsibilities of a PCO can vary depending on theorganization the size and complexity of the project or program andtheindustry.

DesiredQualifications :

Provenexperience in developing and updating project resources andplanning tools such as project plans scope progress updatesresource plans risk plans and corresponding mitigationmeasures.

Strongdecisionmaking and problemsolvingskills.

Highly organizedwith excellent time management and task prioritizationabilities.

Leadershipskills to empower and focus on the project team on deploymentgoals.

Solid projectmanagement experience in a professional servicesenvironment.

Successfullydeliver projects within the defined budget in the statement ofwork.

EducationandCertifications :

Bachelorsdegree in finance computer science business administration orequivalent.

JobInformation :

ProfessionalExperience : Minimum of 5 years of experience as aPCO
