Join our ranks! We’re seeking transitioning (or recently transitioned) military veterans to join our newly established Veteran Transition Program, on a 12-month rotational contract in one of our core business groups.

Our business relies on high performing teams which contribute to 16 core business functions, including but not limited to our Investment groups (such as Real Estate, Private Equity, Active Equities) and Business partners (such as Human Resources, Risk, Strategy, and Technology).

The experience is intended to be a launching pad into civilian and corporate life, building foundational business and technology skills within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

The program will be customized to also include a personal development plan, coaching, mentoring and sponsorship support.

The veteran will, at the end of the program, have gained a valuable industry experience and have begun developing a professional network.

Where available and feasible, a future opportunity for a permanent or longer-term role within PSP will be considered at the end of the experience.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

Ultimately to be based out of our Montreal office (hybrid) , the successful hire will be placed within one (or more) of our teams over the 12-month contract term, with rotation placement(s) based on prior experience, training, education and level of interest.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

A foundational training, education or relevant experience in any of the following areas : Finance, Accounting, Private or Public Investments, Human Resources, Risk, Strategy, and IT

An intellectual curiosity, desire to learn

Mature, driven and motivated personality that thrives in a collaborative team environment

Be a strong leader on corporate culture and values

Excellent knowledge of computer tools, such as MS Office

Bilinguism English and French *Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa.
