We are expanding our Business Solutions Campaign in Mississauga, ON, and are looking to add several Business to Business Sales Representatives to our team.

Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic sales professionals eager to grow and excel in the industry. Ideal candidates are hard-working, thrive in team environments, and are motivated by clear goals.

This role offers significant advancement opportunities for those with dedication and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage small and medium businesses to promote Inclera products and services.
• Identify business challenges and offer tailored solutions.
• Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate products.
• Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork and reports.
• Oversee the sales process from initial contact to ongoing customer management.
• Achieve sales targets set by management.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and workshops.

Qualifications :

• Preferred : Previous sales experience, particularly in door-to-door or business settings.
• Driver’s license and vehicle required.
• Experience in the merchant industry is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for full-time work.
