Role Description

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow to full-time. All performance coaches are employee status and are compensated based on education, years of experience and credentials. As hours per week grow, coaches will have bonus opportunities and can be accepted into our health care and savings plan.

This position will require a high level of motivation and passion to deliver an educated and well thought out strength and conditioning programming to Level 10’s diverse clientele. You will have the opportunity to work with clients of all ages, ranging from overall fitness, small groups, rehabilitation, athletic development, and professional athletes.

Duties

• Lead individual and group sessions across various disciplines, ensuring proper technique and safety
• Provide personalized coaching and support to clients of all fitness levels
• Develop and modify workout plans tailored to individual needs and goals
• Foster a welcoming environment that encourages motivation and participation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness equipment and gym space
• Track client progress and provide feedback to help them stay motivated
• Promote a positive atmosphere through excellent communication skills and customer service
