Guidewire PC Developer
Ourclient a leader in the insurance industry is seeking a talented andcollaborative Guidewire PC Developer to join their SoftwareEngineering Group.
In this role you will work alongside globallydistributed teams of business representatives analysts architectsand engineers to plan design and implement highquality solutions.

Hourly salary of $78 to $85 based onexperience.
3monthcontract.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Hybridwork : 2 remote days and 3 days in theoffice.

Responsibilities :
Review and analyze software requirements to ensure efficientdevelopment.
Build architecturaldiagrams and design documents.
Design screens business rules and workflow changes to align withproject objectives.
Writeprograms configure package and deploy softwaresolutions.
Establish and maintaincoding standards across projects.
Debug and perform unit testing on developedcode.
Conduct peer code reviewsto ensure code quality andfunctionality.
Provide mentorshipand guidance to junior teammembers.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Degree in Engineering or ComputerScience.
Guidewire certifications(Ace Associate or Specialist).
5years of proven experience in Guidewire ApplicationDevelopment.
IntegratingGuidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter ClaimCenter and ContactManagersystems with downstream systems.
Expertise in GOSU Language configuration and coding using Guidewiretools accelerators batch processing and predefinedplugins.
Ability to read code inother programming languages and reverse engineerproducts.
Agile softwaredevelopment experience using Git Bitbucket Jenkins Jira Confluenceand related tools.
Domainknowledge in Property & CasualtyInsurance.
Experience in CoreJava and Spring Boot.
Familiaritywith REST APIs web services and messagingsystems.
Knowledge of databasesystems such as Oracle andMongoDB.
