This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career.
As a Field Product Manager, Commercial Laboratory Solution (C-LS) you will be responsible for :
- Leading the C-LS RFP technical responses completion working with Contracts, Sales, Business Managers and global / NAM resources.
- Maintaining / updating the Loopio database of technical responses
- Maintaining product and market knowledge to ensure successful RFP technical scoring.
- Using RFP debrief information to modify and improve technical scoring.
- Completing the parameter input side of DXCon for RFP and non-RFP quotes
- Ensuring that deals are accurately prepared and educate the team on effectively building and submitting proposals for approval
- Acting as the area liaison for finance to ensure deals progress efficiently through the sales pipeline, addressing any process gaps
- Overseeing the success of new hires to ensure they are set up for success after their sales training, including finding, developing, and assigning Sales Mentors.
- Overseeing and driving opportunities through Shareville to ensure all Area sales information is accurate and up to date, collaborating with the Sales Enablement team.
This will help identify gaps in sales activities and improve the accuracy of local team forecasts, enabling reliable and consistent bottom-up forecasting and driving growth
- Leading the regional deployment of User Group, Demo Trucks, VIP's at HQs, and assist in the development of local and Area Customer reference sites for the complete Siemens Healthineers
- Working with the Healthcare Collaborations Manager to maintain and update our KOL database and agreements.
- Leading Supply Chain Management (SCM) products issues

- Proven success and experience in front-line sales diagnostics.
- Strong understanding and mastery of sales processes, territory forecasting, and creating and developing sales strategies, proposals, and presentations.
- Experience in developing account-level deal strategies (Miller Heiman) and effectively organizing teams for execution.
- Deep understanding of laboratory diagnostics
- The ability to travel 20%
Required skills to have for the success of this role :
- Bachelor of Science, Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or other healthcare related degree (or an acceptable combination of training and experience)
- Marketing experience in the diagnostics industry is a definite asset
- Bilingualism (French / English) would be an asset
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Expert communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in training and development, focusing on coaching and mentoring.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to make data-driven decisions.
