We are a leading supplier of wastewater treatment technologies providing design, equipment supply, and construction of plants to clients in North America and the Caribbean.
Our company is a member of the Vancouver-based engineering company, with over 200 employees in Canada and Europe.
The group provides technical solutions globally in a variety of chemical industries including nitration, sulphuric acid, and electrochemistry.
We are looking for a marketing / sales person to join the team.
The position is of an intermediate character best for a commercially astute person willing to learn new skills.
Responsibilities :
- Presentations to and interaction with clients and engineers
- Identifying new potential clients
- Attendance at trade shows and conferences
- Marketing and sales literature preparation
- Website maintenance and updates
- Seeking out new opportunities
Qualifications :
- Commercial awareness / good business sense
- Technical marketing / sales background helpful
- Technical (mechanical, civil, chemical engineering) background helpful
- Good communications and writing skills
- Tech-savvy
- Flexibility to travel (driver’s license, passport)
- Good teamwork ability
- Drive to pursue opportunities under own initiatives helpful
This is a fulltime position
Salary is open depending on experience
Benefits package after 3 months
