Position : SiteAcquisition Specialist

Remuneration : Base salarycommissions
DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES :
- Searchingfor suitable locations for telecom antennas and identifyingpotential landlords
- Completing site visits bytravelling to identified locations and capturing geospatial dataand visual reports
- Successfully signing leaseagreements with landlords through negotiatingterms
- Maintaining uptodate information in ourcustom software
- Thriving in an internationalenvironment alongside other talented and innovatedindividuals
REQUIREMENTS :
- Native level of German with fluency inEnglish
- Ability to travel throughout Germanyfor business
- Sales or negotiationsexperience
- Extraordinary negotiations skillsare an absolute necessity
- Great communicationskills
- Computer skills with sound knowledge ofMicrosoft Office package
- Ability to workindependently while being team player at the sametime
