You have a postsecondary degree ordiploma.
You have a strong interest in theinsurance industry.
You posses a Level I or Level IIGeneral Insurance License or a strong motivation to obtainone.
You aren aturally inclined to take initiativeindependently; you are resourceful and like stayinguptodate.
You demonstrate an otherfocusedapproach to people.
You possess betterthanaveragecomputer skills your typing skills up there with the best ofthem!
You can communicate effectively both verbally and inwriting.
You are detail oriented organizedand able to multitask. You understand the significance of theseskills.
You can work at a quick pace underpressure; possess time managementskills.

Assets include experience with Keal / Vertafores BMS Applied Rating Services (Compuquote) and insurancecompany portals

Sales and service. Attracting new clients andtaking great care of the ones we already have.
Responding to client inquiriesregarding insurance coverage billing issues claims and certificatesof insurance
Providing quotations for potentialpolicy changes
Reevaluating appropriate personalinsurance coverages on existing lines ofbusiness
Processing renewals to ensureretention of existing clientrelationships
Entering and maintaining clientinformation in the broker management system (VertaforeSig)
Processing policy changes oninsurance company portals
Provide support to sales staff asneeded
Crossselling other First Foundationservices to clients
Answering and directing calls andemails to employees of thebrokerage
