Financial Planning Analyst - Multinational - Up to 95K Annual

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, the Financial Planning Analyst will support the FP&A services within the different company departments.

This role will directly partner with various business units to help develop long-term investment strategies in key initiatives.

• Perform expense analysis including the variance research
• Provide support for the consolidation of financials during the month end close / forecasting and quarterly / annual planning
• Monitor monthly expenses and alert the senior leadership on any unusual variance
• Carry out short and long term financial planning to drive growth and profitability improvements through financial analysis to identify key opportunities and leverage points
• Implement financial and operational performance metrics (KPI) for new initiatives
• Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency and overall effectiveness
• Supporting ROI / NPV models for new business initiatives and provide recommendations to senior leadership
• All other related tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Bilingual environment
• Excellent command of Excel
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous assignments
• Highly motivated and organized
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
