Quality Assurance Analyst - System Integrations
Job Title : Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst - System Integrations (Sailpoint IIQ or IAM)
Location : Toronto, ON (onsite)
Job Description : Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Work with the project BA, SMEs, and developers to understand the implementation details.
- Perform all QA testing, including building test use cases and the corresponding test plans.
- Identify all test issues and create the appropriate Azure Devops work items to report and track issue remediation and retesting.
- Document test activities in Northbridge’s standard QA report format for review and approval by QA management team
Knowledge and Skills Required
- The candidate is an experienced QA resource who understands and follows the established testing methodology.
- The candidate has experience in testing system integrations.
- The candidate has working experience with Sail Point IIQ or has experience in Identity Access Management
- The candidate has some MS Active Directory experience.
- The candidate is experienced in using Microsoft Office software.
- Good working knowledge of Azure Devops or equivalent software is an asset.
- Good working knowledge of Service Now or an equivalent ticketing system is an asset.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
