Qualiti7 has been experiencing a significant increase in the demand for its services both on the training and on the consulting fronts.

The person (or people) who would be hired would join an existing team of experienced trainers / consultants and would be performing the following types of interventions.

• Deliver formal training sessions leading to official industry certifications to our clients.
• Help our clients adopt, adapt and implement some of the lead IT Management good practices such as ITIL, DevOps, Lean, Agile, PRINCE2, etc.
• Contribute to the development / maintenance of training and consulting products to improve our abilities to serve our clients.
• Contribute and support the preparation and delivery of conferences / webinars / articles promoting Qualiti7 and the employee’s skills and capabilities.

Working conditions :

• Working from home most of the time as long as the work location is equipped with reliable and high-speed internet connection.
• Some travel might be required if clients require local short-term workshop / training delivery
• Work schedule 5 days a week, 7.5 hours per day with flexibility if required.

Requirements : MUST :

MUST :

• Hold a university degree
• ITIL® Certified - MUST Hold at least 2 ITIL®4 Certification beyond Foundation
• DevOps Certified - MUST Hold at least 1 DevOps Certification beyond Foundation

SHOULD :

• Additional IT Industry certifications such as PRINCE2®, Lean / SixSigma, BRMP, SAFe, etc. are considered a plus.
• Experience at delivering training to IT professionals (2 years minimum)
• Experience at providing consulting services or internal guidance to IT organizations (at management level and above).
• Experience at documenting and implementing processes
• Being mobile to deliver sort term client training / workshops on site. Most likely in the Montreal area, or in the province of Quebec / Ontario.

Linguistic requirements :

• MUST be proficient in English
• SHOULD be bilingual French / English

• Contribuer et soutenir la préparation et la diffusion de conférences / webinaires / articles faisant la promotion de Qualiti7 et des compétences et capacités de l'employé.

Les conditions de travail :

• Travailler à domicile la plupart du temps, à condition que le lieu de travail soit équipé d'une connexion Internet fiable et haut débit.
• Certains déplacements peuvent être nécessaires si les clients ont besoin d'un atelier / formation local à court terme.
• Horaire de travail 5 jours par semaine, 7,5 heures par jour avec flexibilité si nécessaire.

Exigences : DOIT :

• Détenir un diplôme de niveau universitaire
• Certifié ITIL® - DOIT détenir au moins 2 certifications ITIL®4 au-delà de Foundation
• Certifié DevOps DOIT détenir au moins une certification DevOps au-delà de Foundation

DEVRAIT :

• Des certifications supplémentaires de l'industrie informatique telles que PRINCE2®, Lean / SixSigma, BRMP, SAFe, etc. sont considérées comme un plus.
• Expérience dans la prestation de formations aux professionnels de l'informatique (2 ans minimum)
• Expérience dans la fourniture de services de conseil ou d'orientation interne aux organisations informatiques (au niveau de la direction et au-dessus).
• Expérience dans la documentation et la mise en œuvre de processus
• Être mobile pour offrir des formations / ateliers aux clients à terme sur place. Très probablement dans la région de Montréal, ou dans la province de Québec / Ontario.

Exigences linguistiques :

• DOIT maîtriser l'anglais
• DEVRAIT être bilingue français / anglais
