The IIM Account Executive is driven, curious, intelligent, and brings solid prior experience in IT. As an Intelligent Information Management Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle of Konica Minolta's Intelligent Information Management solutions, including document management, workflow automation, and DX solutions to existing and prospective customers.
You will work closely with customers to understand their unique business challenges and goals and consult with them on how our solutions can help them achieve their objectives.
Once completion of onboarding, you'll know about the challenges we solve, our type of customers and of course our products and solid business-to-business sales skills.
Pay Grade Salary Range :
$67,368.34 - $84,210.12
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do Here :
- Evangelize Konica Minolta's Intelligent Information Management solutions to existing and prospective customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Understand customers' unique business challenges and goals, and consult with them on how our solutions can help them achieve their objectives
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings
- Have successful strategic conversations and influence the C-Suite at customers, leveraging knowledge of the industry, business needs, and financial impact
Qualifications
What you bring to the table :
- 1+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
- Established consultative selling skills for solution-based products & services
- Strong business acumen and ability to define and articulate ROI
- Demonstrated success using strategic selling skills, including, but not limited to prospecting, discovery, negotiation, closing, and objection handling.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
