- Lead thesales and new client acquisition effort in North America, present capabilitiesand gain commitment from prospects leading to current and future revenue
- Analyzemarket trends, implications and develop strategies to participate in resultantopportunities
- Act as acoach and partner with Client stakeholders in helping them develop strategiesleveraging global sourcing and establish Royal Cyber as a thought leader andpreferred partner to their organizations
- Deal andcontract management; develop and negotiate contracts; and pricing models
- Staytuned to market and competition, participate in trade events, conferences,customer forums and provide inputs to the practice teams towards developingcontextual offerings that will help differentiate Royal Cyber in the marketplace
- Meet and exceed sales revenue and future revenue targets

- Strong background / experience with T&MContracts as well as Fixed Scope Contract
- Identifyand prioritize leads, both internally and externally in assigned market

- Developsstrategies and utilizes selling techniques to acquire new business
- Leads theanalysis of current and projected product lines to determine optimal businessstrategy
- Analyzesmajor competitor strategies
- Identifies and monitors changing patterns ofcompetition and recommends response
- Experience developing and executing sales outreach strategies such asEmail / LinkedIn campaigns, technical workshops / roadshows, cold calling andothers Qualifications
- Bachelordegree preferred
- 5+ yearsof IT experience with 2-4 years in Sales as a Hunter
- Servicessales experience across digital technologies such as Cloud, Data, RPA andproducts / platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow or others
- Excellentverbal and written communication
