As a mid-level Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with business units and project management team to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into functional requirements, user cases, user stories, workflow / process diagrams, data flow / data model diagrams.
• Analyze and synthesize information provided by a large number of people who interact with the business, such as customers, staff, and executives.
• Develop and review business requirements, functional specifications, and system design specifications.
• Work with delivery team to ensure that they understand the specifications and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and validate data and forecasts using quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
• Facilitate project meetings, presentations, and workshops to drive effective project implementation.
• Manage project documentation and ensure all documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Advanced technical skills, including Microsoft Office, and business analysis software.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
