We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team on a casual, as-needed basis. This remote role is ideal for someone who excels in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes, and promoting ongoing engagement with our services.
As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our clients are fully supported, satisfied, and realizing the full potential of our SR&ED consulting services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Onboarding : Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our services and how we can best meet their needs.
- Relationship Management : Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs, address any concerns, and ensure their continued satisfaction with our services.
- Client Success : Monitor client progress and outcomes, proactively identifying opportunities to improve their experience and success with the SR&ED program.
- Renewals and Retention : Work closely with clients to ensure contract renewals, addressing any issues that might impact client retention.
- Upselling Opportunities : Identify and recommend additional services or solutions that align with the clients business goals, enhancing the value they receive from our partnership.
- Feedback and Improvement : Gather client feedback and work with the internal team to implement improvements to our services and processes.
- Reporting : Provide regular updates to the management team on client success metrics, retention rates, and any potential risks or opportunities within the client base.
Qualifications :
- Client-Focused Experience : Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role, particularly within professional services, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Problem-Solving Abilities : A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions that enhance client satisfaction and success.
- Interest in SR&ED : A strong interest in the SR&ED program and a desire to help clients maximize their benefits through strategic consulting.
- Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRM systems, client communication tools, and data analysis software to monitor client success.
