Linux Systems Support Engineer
Responsibilities :
- Deliver technical support and advanced consulting for Linux operations.
- Oversee the installation, upgrade, and ongoing maintenance of Linux systems.
- Provide comprehensive support for Linux / UNIX applications, including software and data management.
- Customize system software to improve functionality or fix errors.
- Troubleshoot server issues across Linux distributions like Ubuntu, Red Hat, and CentOS.
- Familiarity with VMware and Hyper-V platforms is essential.
Required Expertise :
- Dell and VMware product knowledge.
- Experience in handling incidents.
- Security operations background.
- Readiness to travel to client locations as required.
