About the Opportunity

  • Responsible for month-end and year-end closing procedures as it relates to fixed assets and capital spend. This includes balance sheet and P&L account reconciliations and fixed asset continuity schedules.
  • Prepare & reconcile all fixed asset & capital funding related consolidated continuity schedules
  • Maintain and manage capital budgets & associated spend
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset subledger ensuring that all capitalizations / disposals adhere to policy.
  • Assist managers with budgets and forecasts as it related to capital spend.

About You

  • University Degree with an accounting designation or near completion.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience within full-cycle accounting (including fixed asset accounting).
  • Experience with SAP is mandatory.
  • Advanced / expert Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and customer service skills
  • Detail oriented and takes initiative
