Responsibilities
- Data Analysis : Gather, assess, and interpret sales data to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Reporting : Create comprehensive reports and presentations for the General Manager, emphasizing key findings and recommendations.
- Sales Forecasting : Support the projection of future sales trends using historical data, market analysis, and ongoing sales activities.
- Performance Tracking : Oversee and assess the effectiveness of sales campaigns and initiatives, offering feedback and improvement suggestions.
- Market Research : Perform market research to gain insights into industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales analyst or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Power BI and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software.
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
