Digital Designer

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for the artistic creation and execution of our brand visual identity.

You will design landing pages on Figma and other tools and create engaging visual assets for social media, blog articles, and paid ads.

Additionally, you will assist with various ad-hoc marketing requests.

Level of Experience : 0 - 3 years after graduation

Responsibilities :

• Utilize Figma to design wireframes for new web pages, ensuring a clean, modern, and responsive user interface across all devices.
• Design eye-catching social media graphics and visuals that align with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns to maximize conversion ratios.
• Design appealing blog and newsletter headers and supporting images.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and translate project requirements into compelling visuals.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests for various marketing initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Strong portfolio showcasing various design skills and experience with social media graphics, landing pages, and wireframe designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or similar.
• Working knowledge of web design principles, including user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
• Experience with HubSpot CMS is a solid plus.
• Proficient verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in French is a strong asset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality design work.

Bonus points :

• Experience with basic HTML and CSS
• Experience with video editing software
