TheOpportunity
Reportingdirectly to the Office Manager the SeniorAdministrator is an integral part of business operations.Based full time out of our Client’s office in Langley BC the Senior Administrator will supportthe Accountant team in all aspects of administration including butnot limited to : client relations meeting coordination and dictationinvoicing & filing as well as front desk reception.
Thesuccessful candidate must have handson experience working in asenior administration role within an accounting related business ordepartment and be willing to work fulltime in office.

RequiredExperience andQualifications
- 3years of experience working as a Senior Administrator within aFinance or Accounting related business isrequired
- Previousexperience working in a Public Practice Accounting Firm is stronglypreferred
- Handsonexperience working with CaseWare and TaxCycle along withproficiency in MS Office Suite arerequired
- Demonstratedattention to detail efficiency and organizational excellence
- ExceptionalPeople skills are a MUST. Actively seeking candidates who arepassionate about customer service and team work in an officesetting
- Effectivetime management and proven problemsolvingcapability
- Selfmotivatedwith a proven ability to work independently with minimalsupervision
- Demonstratedability to handle sensitive confidential information withdiscretion
- Completefluency in the English language; both written andverbal
- Availableto work Monday Friday within the hours of 8am 5pmdaily
Responsibilitiesof thePosition
OFFICEADMINISTRATION
- Frontoffice reception : greetings clients answering / directing callsetc.
- Coordinatemeetings through inner office calendar management taking minutesand sending recaps out to all participants uponconclusion
- SupportOffice Manager by conducting regular audits of office supplyinventory and compilingneeds
ACCOUNTINGSUPPORT
- Maintainaccurate and uptodate files for all clients including but notlimited to : invoices financial statements memos and otherelectronic communications as well as other personal and / orcorporate confidentialinformation
- Draftcommunications and reminders for clients on behalf of theAccountant team
- Accessprint and ready financial statements and corporate taxreturns
- Compilecompleted files and documentation for presentation to clients atconclusion ofEngagement
- Generateand distribute invoices to clients for servicesrendered
- Otherassistance as needed including but not limited to : answering phoneselectronic and manual filing calendar management etc.
