A day in the life :
- Code, enter, verify, and reconcile transaction
- posting a variety of accounting entries and preparing invoice in the accounting system
- Oversees accounts payable and receivable, purchase orders, cheques, invoices, cheque requisitions, and bank statement
- Reconcile and verify coding on employee expense claims
Successful candidates will have :
- 3 to 5 years of experience in AP / AR
- Accounting Bachelor's degree or diploma or related field
- Strong Communication and interpersonal Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Total rewards :
- Contract Position with a possibility of extension
- Start date : ASAP
- Pay rate : $30 hourly
- location : Downtown, Calgary
- Work hours : 8-5pm (Friday 8-4 : 30pm) - Hybrid
