Medical Affairs Project Coordinator ll
Adecco is recruiting for a Medical Affairs Project Coordinator for a 6-month contract St. Laurent, Qc. This role plays a key part in supporting managers and assisting on coordination of assigned projects.
The incumbent will be reporting to the Director, Medical Affairs.
- This role is categorized as hybrid, with a requirement to be in office, in Ville St-Laurent, 3 days a week.
- Pay : $65.00 per hour
- Canada, Quebec, St. Laurent
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage departmental events.
o Coordinate yearly Global / Area staff visits to Canada.
o Responsible for general meeting support : including organizing, following up on calls, maintaining office schedules, obtaining food and supplies and general administrative duties
Manage departmental projects.
o Coordinate monthly and yearly departmental highlights.
o Maintain department employee list and organizational chart.
o Financial support of departmental activities (POs, SAP, invoicing, vendor management)
o Ensure the compliance of projects, follow the applicable AbbVie policies and procedures.
- Manage Director’s calendar and their teams with managing calendars, expense reports, coordinating of meetings and other general administrative work.
- Build strong relationships and collaborates with internal stakeholders, to enable higher performance across the Medical Affairs Department
- Manage and prioritize the information flow from all internal and external customers.
- Coordinate new employee office set-ups and on-boarding, as needed.
- Maintain an ongoing commitment to learning and personal development.
REQUIREMENTS :
- CEGEP degree in Administration or another related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in similar role.
- Superior event management skills.
- Effective communication skills, English and French must be at advanced level, oral and written.
- Proficient in using MS Office and related new technologies in relation to the role and the work environment. Comfortable navigating different databases.
o SAP understanding and working ability (Icertis preferred) is a plus.
o Database management and support.
- Knowledge of biotechnology / pharmaceutical industry is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large volume of tasks and priorities and operating with execution excellence.
- Team player must be able to work in a close team setting.
- Above average time management skills.
- Ability to correctly identify and manage priorities.
