Job Summary :
This position will be uniquely suited to a specific professional who has the skills to support two (2) different teams : Education Partnership team and / or the Client Services team.
Depending on business needs, this position will either support one team 100%, or could support both teams for a percentage of the time.
As Corporate and Education Partner Consultant, you will be instrumental in supporting the SkillsWave education partner managers or client services team with identifying, securing and growing the partnerships with best-in-class organizations that deliver training and development.
Reporting to the VP of Educational Partnerships, this individual will have a mix of sales, analytical, communication, negotiation and project management skills.
Other key skills required from this role are strategic thinking, operations management, and strong relationship building.
Familiarity with software development cycle is desired. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
How will I make an impact :
- Identify and articulate skills and competencies required for specific areas of interest.
- Perform research on best-in-class organizations & educational institutions providing training and development in specific target areas of interest.
- Work with partners and internal Product Management to optimize and improve partner workflows.
- Collect structured feedback from partners and students on their experience.
- Synthesize and provide structured feedback to partners, including data about their program uptake and opportunities to improve their metrics.
- Continuously grow the partnership through identification of new opportunities that support the business priorities.
- Provide excellent client support in partnership with the ed partner managers.

Suggested Qualifications / Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, masters preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years managing relationships with partners / external vendors.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with higher education institutions.
