Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy Development : Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Employee Relations : Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning : Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent, particularly in manufacturing and production roles.
Collaborate on succession planning and workforce development.
- Performance Management : Lead performance management initiatives, including regular reviews, goal setting, and coaching for employees across all levels of the organization.
- Training & Development : Identify training needs and partner with leadership to develop and implement employee development programs that promote continuous learning and growth.
- HR Compliance : Ensure all HR policies and procedures are compliant with relevant labor laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and industry best practices.
- Change Management : Lead change management initiatives as the company continues to grow, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with company culture and values.
- HR Metrics & Reporting : Track and report key HR metrics to leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnering roles.
- Strong understanding of HR practices in manufacturing or production environments.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- CHRP or CHRL designation is preferred but not required.
