New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Business Analyst to help our client with an extensive range of enterprise and site-specific healthcare and business applications information systems and technologies that need to be made operational on large facilities projects.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze business / operational models and workflows
- Gather and document user requirements
- Determine the way technology solutions can be applied to address user needs.
- Understand / determine the current and new intended modes of business operation for the new building / spaces
- Provide support activities in the areas of :
- Workflow analysis / documentation
- Systems evaluations / procurement
- Implementation planning
- Stakeholder integration
- Change Management
- Communications
- Engagement
- Training
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience developing Business Cases.
- Experience on large complex multi-faceted projects.
- Construction project experience.
- Full service clinical informatics experience.
- Collaborator / team player experienced working with multiple stakeholders.
- Seasoned intuitiveness about personal and team productivity.
- Ability to turnaround work in quick order and relatively good quality (minimal avoidable rework).
- Work effectively under time pressure.
- Works independently, self-motivated, works without supervision
- Prepared to take initiative.
- Prepared to make long-term commitment.
- Flexibility to be re-assigned in response to shifting priorities and needs across Capital Projects.
- Comfortable working with a variety of technology partners.
- Business Analyst certifications preferred.
