Summer Students
Description
The helper position is an entry level position. The training is given in-house and allows the employee to become acquainted with the functions of several type of machines.
The duties of a Helper are as follows :
- Respect the safety rule and food quality policies.
- Assist the Press Operator or the Extrusion Operator in the operation of a printing press or extruder for plastic film.
- Clean the press or extruder and all other materials required for the order as well as the work area.
A new employee will start on the night shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m, on a continental schedule (alternating between 36 hours and 48 hours per week).
The starting hourly rate offered is $19.34 in addition to a night shift premium of $1.35.
Summer period is anywhere from April 15th to September 15hth.
