TheSenior Solutions Architect candidate requires a strong knowledgeand experience in developing architecture vision strategy and endto end solutions for complex financial business problems.

The rolewill have a regional and global focus in the operations andtechnology space and requires the individual to work across avariety of stakeholders such as Enterprise Risk Management(ERM) Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) Retail CreditRisk Operational Risk Model Risk Internal Audit O&T BusinessRisk Control and Citi Chief AdministrativeOffice.

Responsibilities :

The candidate isaccountable for management of complex / critical / large professionaldisciplinary areas. Leads and directs a team of professionals.

Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within afunction and how they interact in order to achieve the objectivesof the function.

Applies indepth understanding of the businessimpact of technical contributions. Strong commercial awareness is anecessity.

Generally accountable for delivery of a full range ofservices to one or more businesses / geographic regions. Excellentcommunication skills required in order tonegotiate

• Createsolution architecture artifact that are consistent witharchitecture principles methodologies and best practices with agoal of resilient and scalable cloudbasedsolutions.
• Providesthought leadership in subjects that are key to the business andlead portfolio simplification strategies to rationalize applicationlandscape
• Interfaceswith vendors to assess their technology and to guide their productroadmap based on Citirequirements.
• Leaddesign sessions with engineers and stakeholders to createinnovativesolutions
• Conductproof of concept and proof of analysis on potential solutions witha failure fast mindset to drive targetstate
• Designcommon business functions and capabilities within the GRC ecosystemto simplify technology footprint and faster time tomarket
• Ownand drive solution evaluation and build vs buy / partneranalysis
• Communicatetechnology vision strategies and solution across communities andcross functionalteams.
• Provideexpert knowledge of architecture and serve as SME to crossfunctionalteams
• Providearchitectural leadership and conduct assessment to adopt cyber riskand control patterns andsolutions.

Qualification

• 10years of overall relevant banking financial servicesexperience
• Atleast 10 years of in a Solutions Architecture role in a largeenterpriseenvironments.
• Excellentcommunicationskills
• Banking / Financial / Paymentexperience is aplus
• Expertisein developing architecture vision and strategicsolutions
• Experiencewith modernizing and migrating applications to strategicarchitectures
• Expertisein building solutions with domain driven design (DDD) APImicroservices eventdriven architecture and cloud nativeprinciples
• Expertisein modern languages (eg. Java C#) messaging integration and datastreaming technologies (eg Kafka MQ etc..) caching & database(RDBMS and NoSQL) tools application development framework (e.

g.Spring boot .NET) well architected framework data integrationsolutions software architecture patterns andtools

• Expertisein application data and infrastructure architecturedisciplines
• Awarenessof industry trends and leveraging new technologies asappropriate
