Document Controller
An exciting, progressive and fast-paced manufacturing organization in Montreal is looking for a document controller to support them with a platform transition to Omega from AAC document controls.
Details :
Duration : ASAP - 31.06.24 (3-4 months)
Location : Downtown Montreal
Rate : $40-45 CAD per hour T4 or $55-60 CAD per hour IC 1099
Assignment Description
- Support with platform transformation from AAC to Omega
- Plan, supervise and provide all Document Control related services to the project
- Familiarization with Company provided Information Services.
- Liaison with Company representatives
- Review of Document Control related documents
- Assist in establishment of document register
- Create distribution matrix in co-operation with discipline leads.
- Establish routines for documentation flow and distribution in the project.
- Supervision of the modification of systems to comply with specific Project requirements
- Co-ordination of the operation and use of systems, and of transfer of data to Company / Suppliers
- Co-ordination of documentation distribution to sites / external parties
- Co-ordination of Guidelines to Suppliers
- Establish and maintain Document Control work instructions
Qualifications
- Work Experience : 2+ years
- French and English proficiency in reading and writing. Speaking preferred, too.
- 5 days onsite in the office
