This is an entry position (No experience is required).
As a Customer Satisfaction Analysis / Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for visiting our retail locations and assessing the quality of the customer service experience.
You will pose as a regular customer and will be required to take note of your interactions with staff, as well as the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.
You may or may not need to make a purchase, depending on the client location you are assigned to visit. After your visit, you will be required to fill out a detailed report of your experience.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is observant, detail-oriented, and able to provide objective feedback.
Duties & Responsibilities
Visit assigned stores or businesses posing as a regular customers in order to evaluate and report on the quality of service
Make detailed observations and take note of specific elements such as cleanliness, product availability, and employee attitude and behavior
Engage employees in conversation in order to get an accurate sense of their customer service skills
Complete all required surveys accurately and in a timely manner
Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines regarding the identity of the business being evaluated and the details of the evaluation itself
Be able to work independently with little supervision while still completing assignments accurately and within the specified timeframe
Be detail-oriented and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be punctual and professional in appearance
Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

High school diploma or equivalent

Work Schedule :
- Work from home, self-directed schedule
- Required participation of 7-10 hours per month (1 purchase takes approximately 30 mins)
- Continuous ongoing project
SALARY
$300 per task
