Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join one of the largest healthcare technology companies in North America.

You will be joining the Cloud Operations team and will be responsible for the reliability, security and efficiency of the companies cloud environments and products.

You will be participating in the Cloud Operations team activities including continuous delivery, configuration changes and performance monitoring.

Other responsibilities will include working on the automation of cloud operations and deployments and implementing best cloud operations procedures.

You will be required to work on a rotating on-call once every eight weeks and be a subject matter expert in supporting other team members for purposes of cloud technologies and DevOps methodology.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3-4 years of working as SRE

Experience with GCP (preferred), AWS or Azure

Experienced with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Ansible

Working knowledge with one of the following scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)

or Python

Strong background in administration of IT systems (compute, network storage, general access control)
