Senior Human Resource Generalist / HR Specialist
Requirements
- Post-secondary education ( Bachelor’s Degree ) in Human Resources Management or a related field (completed or in progress).
- Over 5 years of demonstrated HR Generalist experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- Hands on experience working with Human Resources legislation and regulations.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience working in a team-based environment.
- Superior customer service skills.
Shift : 12 pm to 8 pm ( Mid shift )
- May be required to work varying hours based on production requirements.
- 8 hours shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends on call
- Reliable commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
