Job Title : Title Insurance Claims Administrator

Location : Plano, TX

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Title Insurance Claims Administrator to join a successful title office in the Plano area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing title insurance claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :

1. Handle all aspects of title insurance claims administration, including claim intake, documentation, investigation, and resolution.

2. Review and analyze claim documents, policies, and related materials to determine coverage and assess liability.

3. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, attorneys, and claims adjusters, to gather necessary information and documentation for claims processing.

4. Liaise with external parties, such as insured parties, lenders, real estate agents, and other relevant parties, to facilitate the claims resolution process.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim files and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

6. Provide regular updates and reports on claim status, trends, and key metrics to management and other stakeholders.

7. Assist in the development and implementation of claims management best practices, processes, and procedures.

8. Collaborate with the legal team as needed to resolve complex or escalated claims issues.

9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to claims, striving to achieve satisfactory outcomes and maintain positive relationships.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in title insurance claims administration or a similar role.

Knowledge of title insurance industry regulations, practices, and standards.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex legal documents and contracts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and claims management software.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
