Parts Specialist

JobResponsibilities :
- Assistingcustomers in selecting requiredparts
- Upsellingspecials as well as informing customers of companion partrequirements
- Providingprice quotes receiving payments and obtaining creditauthorizations
- Followingup with customers regarding backorderedparts
- Assistshop operations by managing inventory levels insuring they havesufficient resources to complete workorders
KeyQualifications :
- 3or more years of experience working in a parts departmentpreferably in a collisionshop
- Excellentcommunication and customer serviceskills
- Experiencein the Heavy Equipment Industry ispreferred
Compensation :
- Fulltimeand permanentposition.
- $45K$55K / year base salary plus monthly bonuses and an annual bonus.Expected bonuses around $8K$12K / year.

ShiftSchedule :
Dayshift 7 : 00AM to 4 : 00PM (Monday toFriday).
