Motion Designer

What you will do :

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Game Designers, and Experience Designers to understand

animation requirements and project goals.

You will conceptualize, design, animate and implement broadcast, environmental and UI motion while

ensuring performance and responsiveness.

You will Create fluid and dynamic animations for in-game implementation and help define the overarching

Motion style guide for the project.

You will Maintain consistency and quality across all animation assets, following established art styles and

technical guidelines.

You will work with engineering to integrate animations into game mechanics and systems.

You will optimize animations for multiple platforms and devices to achieve smooth and seamless

gameplay experiences.

You will Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve animation techniques and

workflows.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in a Motion Design role

Capabilities in Motion, Visual and Interaction Design (For Console, PC or Mobile)

A portfolio of work that showcases relevant work that contains well thought out process and excellent

craft execution (please include your portfolio link on your resume)

Proficiency with Cinema4D and adobe suite

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Motion Design, Animation, Human-Computer Interaction,

UX / UI / Design Diploma or Degree, or a related area

You will report to the Experience Design Director

Bonus :

Familiarity with Design for Interaction

Familiarity working in a game engine
