In this role, you’ll get to experience : Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for large-scale initiativesManage the scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful deliveryCreation of business requirements for internal and external IT teamsResponsible for ensuring business requirements are being met by the proposed technology solutions (Web-enabled products, applications, and infrastructure)Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical and application support to internal and external stakeholdersCommunicate project status to all stakeholdersIdentifying, evaluating, and having a clear understanding of the high-level business needs of clients and stakeholdersLead testing and quality assurance efforts for websites and online application formsCommunicating new enhancements, changes, and bug fixes to relevant stakeholdersTrain internal and external teams on new enhancements, changes, and bug fixesResolve conflicting requirements effectively.
Collaborate with various departments internal IT, software development, BI resources, end users, vendors, and implementation partnersContinuously monitor and analyze potential impacts on requirements and technical scopeTake the lead on initiatives and act as a change agent.
What you bring : Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Core competencies for this role include analytical skills, communication skills, detail-oriented, organization / planning skills, project management, and presentation skillsExcellent leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task and maintain focus in a fast-paced environmentStrong team player with proven experience working collaborativelyExperience working closely with software developersProficient in MS Office with an emphasis on ExcelAbility to quickly adapt to and become proficient with new software tools and technologiesWhat do you need to succeed?
