We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in Markham. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in gathering and analyzing data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.

Additionally, you will work closely with our sales representatives to facilitate effective communication and ensure timely follow-up on sales activities and potential leads.

Providing exceptional service and maintaining positive relationships with clients will be integral to your success in this role.

Responsibilities :

• Gather relevant data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Communicate with sales representatives to obtain updates on sales activities and potential leads.
• Monitor and track sales quotes, ensuring timely follow-up and addressing queries.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining positive relationships.

Job Requirements :

• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all tasks.
• Ability to build rapport and work effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in analyzing marketing data for insights.
• Competency in using Microsoft Word or similar software.
