If you're ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment, apply today!Why You'll Love It Here : - Competitive salary up to $70K- 3 weeks of vacation (6% of earnings)- 10 health / sick days per year- 15 paid holidays annually- Group insurance benefits- Group RRSP with 5% employer contribution- Full employee assistance program- Hybrid work schedule for optimal work-life balance- Learning and development opportunities- Clear paths for career growthYour Key Responsibilities : - Accounts Receivable : Manage deposits, billing, and invoice follow-ups- Accounts Payable : Reconcile payments, process invoices, and prepare documents for cheque signing- Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records and ensure proper inventory control- Balance Sheet Analysis : Review account balances in detail- Journal Entries : Prepare and post key entries- Revenue Reconciliation : Reconcile campaign revenues and create complex Excel reports- Bank Reconciliation : Manage multiple accounts and ensure accurate reconciliation- Cash Flow Reporting : Prepare daily cash flow reports and other key reconciliations- Additional Tasks : Handle any other tasks that may ariseWhat You Bring to the Table : - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role- Expertise in bank reconciliations- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in AccPac (required)- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentReady to Apply?
