Requirements :
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and ERP system
- 2+ years of experience in order processing
- Strong attention to detail and top-notch problem-solving skills
Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end order processing (order entry, tracking, fulfillment, and invoicing)
- Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide process improvement ideas....and so much more!
