Job Description
Join our client's dynamic Digital Procurement Team and be at the forefront of digital innovation within their procurement processes.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Procurement, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement of their digital procurement systems.
Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities :
- Mailbox Management : Operate the central mailbox, handling inquiries, triaging issues, troubleshooting, resolving, or escalating as needed.
- System Maintenance : Perform maintenance activities within the Fieldglass (FG) system, ensuring its optimal functionality.
- User Acceptance Testing : Participate in UAT testing for system break fixes or enhancements, contributing to the reliability and efficiency of our digital procurement tools.
- Documentation : Document steps and processes within the FG environment to support end users, providing clear and concise guides.
Skills and Capabilities :
- Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to distill complex data into key insights effectively.
- Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong work ethic with excellent problem-solving skills.
High degree of ingenuity and creativity in problem-solving.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-2 years working in procurement
- MUST HAVE either a bachelor of science or bachelor of commerce / business
