- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Produktionsanlagen (Schwerpunkt Galvanikanlagen, Dreherei und Sondermaschinen
- Analytisches, gutes technisches Verständnis mit Grundkenntnissen in der Steuerungstechnik
- Sie sind selbstständiges, exaktes Arbeiten gewohnt, erstellen Tagesrapporte und Dokumentationen
- Sie haben eine Hands-on Mentalität, sie Arbeiten auch im Team lösungsorientiert und zuverlässig
- Sie bringen eine Persönlichkeit mit vorbildlichem Dienstleistungscharakter und eingehender Erfahrung mit
- Interesse an stetiger Weiterbildung, gute PC-Kenntnisse
- Bereitschaft für interdisziplinäre Arbeiten Deine Herausforderung :
- Prozess- und maschinenbautechnische Arbeiten, vollumfängliche Analyse aller Produktionsbereiche
- Ursachen- und Fehleranalyse umsetzen von Optimierungsmassnahmen
- Analyse und Dokumentation von Problemstellungen
- Spezifizieren der Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion
- Dokumentierung und Erarbeiten von gesamtheitlichen Lösungsvorschlägen
- Konzepterstellung, inkl. Erstellen der Kostenrechnung und Einhaltung der Terminplanung
- Umsetzen der Verbesserungsprojekte bis Produktionseinsatz (Eigenkonstruktionen und Beschaffungen)
- Erstellen und Pflegen von Fertigungsdokumenten und Arbeitsanweisungen
- Bei Bedarf operative Unterstützung der Instandhaltungs- und Produktionsbereiche
- Beheben von mechanischen, elektrischen und steuerungstechnischen Störungen
