Description
The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Chief Operating Officer and the entire Operations team.
Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Assist the COO in his daily tasks;
- Attend operations meetings and take minutes;
- Write and send various communiqués;
- Write and prepare presentations;
- Proofread and translate documents;
- Organize meetings;
- Coordinate the training team's agenda, organize training logistics and send out invitations;
- Help manage PDUs with ChAD : follow up on employee files, enter PDUs on the ChAD portal during in-house training sessions;
- Manage the COO's agenda and expense account.
Job Requirements
Technical skills
- Diploma in office automation, secretarial studies or equivalent;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel);
- Excellent command of French and English (oral and written).

- Strong organizational skills;
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment, setting priorities;

- Demonstrate good team spirit.
Complementary skills
- Knowledge of EPIC software, an asset;
- Valid AMF permit - Property and casualty insurance, an asset.
Specific working conditions
Flexible working hours may be required, including office presence at least three days a week.
