Description

Leadership & Team Management : Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.Provide clear direction, motivation, and support to all team members.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Operations & Customer Service : Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably.Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Implement and monitor operational procedures and policies.Address and resolve customer complaints and ensure a superior customer experience.

Financial Management : Manage budgets, sales forecasts, and financial performance.Analyze sales figures and develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

Control costs and minimize waste.

Marketing & Community Engagement : Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions.Build and maintain relationships within the community.

Represent the brand at community events and activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a QSR restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
