Client Relationship Associate (Senior)
Salary : Competitive

This is an opportunity to join an international insurance firm working in their client services team focusing on commercial insurance .

Some of the key responsibilities :
- You will provide support to clients and client-facing professionals within the team by proactively and comprehensively responding to client needs and supporting the team before, during and after the renewal process.
- Engage with clients, answer questions while keeping a 'sales' focus to help maximize sales and growth through a client-facing approach.
- Managing and prioritizing account workload to maintain service standards and high-quality outcomes
- Revenue retention and revenue growth by assisting with the on-boarding of new clients, the renewal process and the implementation of insurance solutions to meet clients’ changing needs.
What they're looking for :
- English and French - written and spoken (Desirable)
- 1-3 years of experience
- Commercial insurance experience (Desirable)
- Broker license, or able to obtain one
- Completion of CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) qualification or willingness to pursue
