MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a permanent role with a client of ours located in Vancouver
Requirements :
- Design and implement enhancements to our banking platform in languages like Java(17 and above) and Kotlin
- Design and implement integrations with clients via various methodologies (sftp / API / configuration)
- Knowledge of Restful APIs using backend frameworks like Spring-boot(Java / Kotlin)
- Owning team’s deliverables and directing the team towards higher quality standards, assisting in technology choices.
- Participate in technical discussions and decision-making with the goal of high-quality deliverables, faster implementations for the clients.
- Good understanding of modern cloud infra / deployments like AWS, docker, kubernetes.
- Previous experience with Fintechs and accounting / ERP systems is a great asset.
- Participate in the team's on-call support.
- Passion for technology and readiness to adapt with the changing technology landscape.
